Hello My Name is Selina...

Flowers have been my passion since childhood, where I sat alongside my mother as she created beauty with flowers. I remember being a little girl sitting with my coloring books as my mom taught evening floral design classes at the community college. We would make trips to her home town of San Francisco and explore the most beautiful flower market. Where we would sit and sell floral tutorials on VHS, this was all before YouTube! My mother was far beyond her time, and a bit of a rebel carrying her own pruners in her car, just incase she saw something on a road trip that sparked her inspiration. She had talent and vision like I have never seen, she is my biggest form of inspiration to this day.

 

To honor her memory I have this business. I started playing with flowers once she passed to make me feel closer to her, and I realized this years of sitting near her while she was creating and teaching, I absorbed more than I ever knew. Working with flowers has been and continues to be such an uplifting experience. I take an eco friendly approach and I hope to delve into a side of the industry that is newly being brought to light. 

 

I believe we should be kind to our earth and appreciate the beauty of flowers that nature has given us.
